We are looking for a dedicated Payroll & Compliance Executive and HR Recruiter to join our team. This role will involve managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, as well as supporting our recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations in India.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
