Description
As an experienced Contract Management professional with 2 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Prepare basic draft contracts using standard templates. - Collate and validate data required for contract creation. - Define and update contract terms for flexible and fixed models. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to finalize contract clauses. Contract Updates & Maintenance - Update contract terms in ERP or contract lifecycle management systems. - Track contract amendments, renewals, and terminations. - Maintain version control and audit trails for all contract changes. Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and legal standards. - Support in identifying potential risks and flag inconsistencies. - Assist in dispute resolution documentation and contract performance evaluation. Reporting & Documentation - Generate MIS reports on contract status, renewals, and expirations. - Maintain contract metadata and performance KPIs. - Support period-end close activities and executive summaries. In addition to the primary skills mentioned above, you are also expected to have knowledge of MS Office and exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, or PEGA. Your soft skills, including excellent communication skills (both spoken and written), collaboration, influencing, analytical skills, result orientation, and being a good team player, will be essential for success in this role. You should be proficient in English (India) with excellent spoken and written skills.
