Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee new product development projects from initial concept through to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align product development with company objectives and customer needs. Design and Development : Utilize CAD software to design and develop innovative plastic products, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform design decisions.
