Job Responsibilities

  inbound international customer calls

  and provide excellent support.
• Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  
• Deliver a

  top-notch customer experience

  first-call resolution

  and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent

  English communication

  skills (verbal and written).
• Should be

  comfortable working in rotational night shifts

  .
• Education:

  HSC / Intermediate / Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate

  .

• Freshers and experienced

  candidates (International Voice) are welcome.
• Must

  not be pursuing regular studies

  .

Chat Process

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through chat in a

  professional and timely manner

  .
• Ensure

  error-free and grammatically correct written communication

  .
• Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  
• Ensure prompt resolution and a positive customer experience.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills in

  English

  .
• Flexible to work in

  UK rotational shifts

  (5 days working, 2 rotational offs).
• Education:

  Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate

  .
• Open for

  freshers and experienced candidates

  in international chat process.
• Must

  not be pursuing regular education

  .
