Hiring for MIS Executive- Manufacturing Plant - Jigani

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Documentation.

Should have hands-on experience with MS Package and ERP.

Qualification: Diploma /Degree in any discipline

Skills:

Familiarity with the MM process & its activities is desirable.
Good communication.

Excellent interpersonal relationship.

Enter data by entering numeric and text-based information from reference documents within specified time limits.
Compile the information, verify its accuracy, and order it according to the priorities.
Review the data for deficiencies or errors.
Investigate & obtain more information on incomplete documents.
Generate reports, save completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Scan documents and print files when needed.
Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and deal with any failures.
Well-versed in the scientific way of filing & storing documents.
Coordinate and support cross-functional teams.
