Job Description

  • Handle and assess complex claims within the Lloyds market, including marine, energy, casualty, or specialty lines
  • Liaise with brokers, underwriters, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth claims resolution
  • Investigate claims, review policy wordings, and analyze coverage issues
  • Prepare detailed claims reports and ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
  • Monitor claims developments, negotiate settlements, and manage reserving processes
  • Ensure compliance with Lloyds regulatory and internal claims procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims processes and customer experience

Okay with Notice Period Immediate to 2 months

Requirements:

  • Proven claims handling experience within the Lloyds of London market or a comparable insurance environment
  • Proficiency with claims management systems and MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple complex claims under tight deadlines
  • Immediate joiners preferred
