Job Description

Handle and assess complex claims within the Lloyds market, including marine, energy, casualty, or specialty lines
Liaise with brokers, underwriters, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth claims resolution
Investigate claims, review policy wordings, and analyze coverage issues
Prepare detailed claims reports and ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
Monitor claims developments, negotiate settlements, and manage reserving processes
Ensure compliance with Lloyds regulatory and internal claims procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims processes and customer experience

Okay with Notice Period Immediate to 2 months

Requirements:

Proven claims handling experience within the Lloyds of London market or a comparable insurance environment
Proficiency with claims management systems and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple complex claims under tight deadlines
Immediate joiners preferred
