We’re currently hiring for multiple impactful roles at our Thane Lighthouse centre:

Open Positions:

1. Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

• Conduct the Foundation Course for new students at the Lighthouse.
• Help students build self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making abilities.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.

2. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer

• Deliver engaging training sessions focused on English communication and basic digital literacy.
• Guide students in improving their workplace readiness and technology use.
• Customize teaching techniques to suit diverse learning needs.

3. Outreach Coordinator

• Mobilize youth from nearby underserved communities and build strong rapport with families.
• Act as a role model and explain program benefits clearly and convincingly.
• Ensure maximum and eligible enrolment in line with program goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Based in or near Thane, with the ability to join immediately.
• Relevant educational background and 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English preferred).
• Deep empathy for community development and youth empowerment.
