1. Job Profile
a. a dynamic professional responsible for integrating IT and OT systems to drive digital transformation in manufacturing environments, ensuring seamless data flow from shop floor to enterprise systems.
b. Leads Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IIoT, predictive maintenance, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
c. Collaborates cross-functionally to optimize operations, enhance cybersecurity, and improve productivity through smart technologies.
d. Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, ERP integration.
e. Preferred certifications - ISA/IEC 62443, Industry 4.0 Professional Certification (NASSCOM or TUV SUD), Certified Automation Professional (CAP), Cisco CCNA/CCNP, and PMP for project management.

1. Job Profile –
a. Knowledge of real-time data collection from SCADA systems and industrial sensors across the manufacturing floor.
b. Assists in configuring data acquisition protocols and ensures accurate data logging for analysis.
c. Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data collection, transformation, and integration.
d. Knowledge of tools to perform advance analytics on the data
e. Builds and maintains dashboards for visualizing machine performance, downtime, and other KPIs.
f. Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, OPC, and basic coding skills in Python/Node-RED preferred
