Shift Timings: US Shift (Cab Facility Available) Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved. Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions. Take calls from providers/callers. Escalates calls to supervisor when transaction closing is delayed, or transaction exceeds contract processing schedule. Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements. Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions. Job Requirements: • Any Graduates (complete 15 years of education with original marksheets). • Excellent Communication (both verbal & written). • Expertise in customer handling. • Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
