Hiring For Instrumentation Engineer @ Hetero Jadcherla

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage all instrumentation, calibration, PLC, IPC, and HMI-related activities across utilities, process, and packing equipment in the OSD pharma unit. Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation systems that control and monitor critical processes such as material transfer, temperature, pressure, and motion. Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 in the design and operation of manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT), OEMs, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and process reliability. Plan and procure materials through SAP , ensuring compliance with cGMP and budgetary requirements. Lead and document QMS processes including CCF, CRN, CAPA, Deviation, Incident, URS , and Ratification . Train and mentor team members on SOPs, PMPs, deviations, incidents, and day-to-day GMP/GDP-compliant practices.
