FRESHERS - Job Description: Fresher Diploma, Electrical/ Mechanical Candidate screening & selection process will be as follow: Academic criteria screening 45% throughout (10th, Diploma aggregate %) Electrical/ Mechanical Diploma, 2024 & 2025 pass-out candidates only. Male candidates preferred for site operations. Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection. Job location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations PAN India Trainee Engineer Categories & Package: DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level) CTC 2.00 lakh pa + additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy)6 weeks training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks OJT (On Job Training) Important documents to be carried by the candidates for interview: Resume PAN card photocopy AADHAR card photocopy Photographs (passport size) Relevant Certificates (Testimonials) Last 2 months Salary Slip - (Not applicable for freshers)
