Responsibilities:

 Responsible for safety and security of entire property

 Supervise the Manpower of the Security, Housekeeping & Valet Agency

 Ensure guest satisfaction through best levels of service and hospitality

 Ensure timely bill submission of maintenance and electricity to all office owners

 Responsible for timely collection of maintenance and electricity from all office

owners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience
• Should have strong work ethics, quick learner
• Must have good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good writing

skills.

• Must have the ability to work under pressure and deliver in tough timelines.
• Street Smart and Hands on Person
• Creative talents, innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough

problems
