Key Skills Required

2-4 years of experience in
SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
Strong experience in
both Manual and Automation testing
Hands-on with tools like
Selenium, Postman, Cypress, JIRA
Proficiency in
SQL
for data validation and profiling
Understanding of
data governance, data quality management, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
Familiarity with
ETL / BI / Data Management tools
such as Informatica, Collibra, Talend, etc.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities QA

Develop, execute, and maintain
test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
Perform
functional, regression, integration, and API testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools
Work closely with developers and product teams for smooth releases
Validate product updates to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance

Data Stewardship Responsibilities

Ensure
accuracy, consistency, and reliability
of organizational data
Define and enforce
data quality rules, standards, and governance practices
Conduct
data audits
and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with data owners, analysts, and IT teams
Support
GDPR/HIPAA compliance
through proper data management
Maintain documentation and metadata for traceability and reporting
