Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Assist customers with banking services such as account details, transactions, and product information.
Resolve issues politely and professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Work Schedule

6 days working
1 rotational week off
Day shift

English with Telugu
English with Malayalam

Salary Package

English & Telugu- 17,000ctc and 15,500TH

English & Malayalam-19,000 CTC and 17,500 TH
