Hiring for CRM sales

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services. Your duties will include answering questions, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales. It will be crucial to enter and update customer information accurately in the database and process orders efficiently. Handling grievances professionally to maintain the company's reputation is also part of your role. You will be expected to go the extra mile to meet sales quotas, keep detailed records of calls and sales, and note down useful information. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in a sales or customer service position, preferably in telesales. A successful track record of meeting sales targets, especially over the phone, is essential. Proficiency in relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems is required. You must demonstrate the ability to learn about our products and services and effectively describe them to prospects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to remain composed and handle rejection gracefully. A high school diploma is required, and a BSc/BA degree would be considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a compensation package including a performance bonus. The work schedule involves day and morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
