Roles & Responsibilities:

● Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance, refunds and cancellation on Galileo or Sabre.

● Execute changes, rescheduling and modification as per customer requirements

● Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone

● Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

● Research and compare fares to secure the best possible pricing for corporate clients, considering negotiated rates and preferred airlines.

● Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering proactive solutions.

● Effectively communicate with clients, airlines, and other travel partner.

Requirements:

● Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems- Galileo or sabre

● Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations

● Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.

● Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats

● Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
