Job Summary

Edify School, Nellore, is seeking a confident, proactive, and relationship-focused Admissions Counselor to serve as the first point of contact for prospective families. The ideal candidate will effectively manage inquiries, guide parents through each step of the admission process, and contribute to achieving the school’s enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries with professionalism and prompt response.
• Conduct engaging campus tours and clearly present the school’s programs, culture, and facilities to prospective parents.
• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure maximum conversion into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date admission records, documentation, and CRM entries.
• Collaborate with academic, transport, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission workflow.
• Support parents throughout the enrollment journey by providing timely information and guidance.
• Participate in admission events, orientations, and outreach activities coordinated by the school.

Requirements

• Any Graduation (MBA/PG in Marketing, HR, or related field preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, front office, customer service, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.
