Junior Accountant / Accountant: Educational Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com Professional Qualification: CMA / CA (Inter) with articleship experience Location: Chennai, Tirunelveli & Bangalore Year of Passed outs: Upto 2023 Experience: 1 - 4 Years Job description Strong knowledge in fundamental accounting entries & concepts Reconcile Bank statements Maintain Fixed Asset Register with necessary supporting documents Maintain subsidiary accounts by verify, allocate and post transactions Preparation of monthly financial reports Requirements Adequate knowledge in preparing journal entries Good in English communication skills Ability to work independently and as a Team Candidates with CA Articleship, CMA Internship & Audit firm experience will be preferred. Australian Accounting, US Accounting & UK Accounting experience will be an added advantage Willingness and ability to learn and use new technology Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Must have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel software. Must be knowledgeable, professional, helpful and flexible Invoice Processing Associate (BPM Process): Educational Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com Professional Qualification: CMA / CA (Inter) with articleship experience Location: Chennai & Tirunelveli Year of Passed outs: Upto 2023 Experience: 0 - 4 Years This is a full-time role for an Invoice Processing Associate at Carisma Solutions Private Limited. The Invoice Processing Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to financial transactions and invoice processing. Invoices will be received from client in Australia. Invoices received are analysed and analysis of invoice is based on certain set of guidelines. Invoices that confirm to the guidelines are processed. Processing is done in client software and then claims are made at the client end. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent analytical skills Experience in data transactions is good Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to detail is mandatory.
