Job Title: Job Description Graphic Designer (Marketing) Location: Bangalore Experience: 24 year (freshers with strong portfolio can also apply) About PagarBook: PagarBook is one of Indias fastest-growing platforms empowering SMEs with simple tools for staff management, salary payments, and business growth. We are now looking for a creative Graphic Designer to strengthen our digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Design compelling static and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging captions, hashtags, and creatives (using Canva/Photoshop). Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including A/B variations. ¢ Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into engaging visuals. ¢ Develop social media graphics, emailers, landing page creatives, infographics, and banner ads. ¢ Leverage AI tools for image and video generation to produce innovative marketing creatives. ¢ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials. ¢ Stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and performance insights to optimize creatives. Requirements: ¢ Bachelors degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. ¢ 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in marketing/advertising. ¢ Strong portfolio showcasing ads designed for Meta platforms. ¢ Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (basic motion skills a plus), Canva/Figma. ¢ Hands-on experience with AI-based design and video generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, D-ID, etc.). ¢ Understanding of marketing funnels, ad formats, and digital consumer behavior. ¢ Strong sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy. ¢ Ability to work on tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
