The role is responsible for developing operator capability through the Manufacturing Dojo, fostering a clean and organized workplace using 5S principles, and promoting machine ownership among operators via JH. Ensures all activities are aligned with manufacturing excellence and TPM principles to support efficient, safe, and quality-driven production operations.
