Hiring Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Develop and present customized business proposals to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
