What You’ll Do

• Transform leads into success stories (leads provided by FLEP!)
• Own your targets – generate ₹3,00,000 in monthly revenue
• Build lasting relationships with students & parents
• Keep the energy alive with follow-ups & engagement

Salary & Career Path

• Months 1–3: ₹25,000/month
• From Month 4: ₹60,000/month

  ₹2,00,000 loyalty bonus after one year of consistent performance

Security Cheque (Your Commitment to the Journey)

• Selected candidates submit a

  ₹23,500 security cheque

  (not encashed).
• Successfully complete 3 months? → Cheque is refunded with your 4th salary (you’ll get salary + ₹23,500!)
• ❌ Leave abruptly, fail to meet expectations, or abscond? → The cheque won’t be refunded (covers onboarding & training).
