Urgent Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice)

Location: Malad west Mumbai (Work From Office)
Shift: Rotational Night Shift (6 am to 6 pm - any 9 hours shift)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview)
Working Days: 5 Days (2 rotational week-offs)

Job Role:

• Handle customer queries via calls/emails/chats.
• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with night shift & working from office.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
