About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant – Laboratory and Production to support quality assurance and production operations. This role involves testing raw materials and finished products, ensuring quality compliance, and assisting the plant manager in day-to-day production activities. You will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards while gaining hands-on exposure to laboratory and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Test raw materials and finished products against defined quality parameters.
Perform quality assurance and quality control functions.Assist the plant manager in production planning and daily activities.Maintain accurate records of tests, reports, and quality checks.Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the lab and production areas.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in laboratory testing and production support.
Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under guidance and within deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic knowledge of safety and compliance procedures.
