What you will do Understand business, personas, and their context deeply to produce practical, impactful, and usable designs Solve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solution Develop high level and detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas, information flow, and interaction design. Create design frameworks and design guidelines for the development team to deliver quality outcomes. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product managers, UX designers, technologists, and peers to make an impact. Deliver modern, trendsetting, aesthetically rich, and human-centric design. Design for web, tablet, and mobile platform. Plan, prioritize and work with junior colleagues to make recommendations. Contribute to the development of the design team's culture and quality standards. What you should have Good attitude with a growth mindset and belief in ownership and accountability Hands-on product design experience with 4-6 years of digital experience from product/consulting/startup or agency background. Experience working on enterprise products/SaaS-based product is a plus Right skills, mindset, and knowledge of tools to do your work. A bachelor's degree in design communication, interaction design, and graphic design is a plus A portfolio of design work that conveys diversity and the ability to ship complex designs. Detailed understanding of layout, information design, interaction design patterns, and usability principles. Knowledge of visual design principles, visual hierarchy, composition, and design patterns. Ability to present and articulate design decisions to team and leadership. Experience in design in Figma (We simply love using Figma for everything in design)
