Hiring Admission Manager (Chhatarpur)

Edify School Chhatarpur is seeking a dynamic and organized Admission Manager to lead and streamline the student admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing admissions operations, guiding prospective parents, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience aligned with the school’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete admission cycle, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Conduct campus tours and provide detailed information to prospective parents and students.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and documentation.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for seamless onboarding.
• Plan and support admission-related events, orientations, and outreach activities.
• Prepare reports on inquiry trends, admission progress, and conversion metrics.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants via phone, email, and in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; postgraduate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
