Hiring Accounting Systems Specialist

We are looking for a rare "Hybrid" talent—someone who understands the 'why' of accounting and the 'how' of IT. As a Functional System & Integration, Implemenation Analyst, you will oversee our suite of accounting tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Xero), ensuring high data integrity and building automated workflows. Your mission is to eliminate manual entry by maximizing the power of cloud-based financial technology.

Core Responsibilities

• System Migration:

  Lead the transition from legacy/manual systems to Cloud Accounting platforms (Xero, QBO, Zoho).

• Workflow Automation:

  Set up integrations between accounting software and third-party apps (payment gateways, CRM, inventory).

• Technical Troubleshooting:

  Act as the internal expert for TallyPrime, MYOB, and QuickBooks technical glitches.

• Client Training:

  Bridge the knowledge gap by training non-technical staff on how to use modern fintech tools effectively.

• Data Integrity:

  Ensure that financial reporting remains accurate across multiple software environments.

The Ideal Profile:

• Education:

  BCom (IT), Information Systems degree, or Accounting degree with a heavy focus on Business Technology.

• Expertise:

  Deep, hands-on experience with the "Big 5":

  Xero, QuickBooks, TallyPrime, MYOB, and Zoho Books.

• Mindset:

  You view accounting software not just as a tool, but as an ecosystem.
