Hiring Accounting Graduate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commerce Graduate to join our Accounting & Finance team as a Graduate Trainee – Financial Accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in core accounting functions while working in a structured, 5-day professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.)
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with account reconciliations
• Help in preparing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and tracking receivables/payables
• Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents
• Support in month-end closing activities and journal entries
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries
• Use tools like Tally, Excel, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks (training provided if needed)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or related field)
• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and Taxation
• Familiarity with MS Excel and any accounting software (Tally preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team
