Teacher Career Path

1 Beginner Teacher (First 3 Months)

• Participate in training and classroom support

• Learn teaching methods and conduct basic sessions

2 Intermediate Teacher (Next 3 Months)

• Handle more advanced classes after completing beginner stage

• Develop classroom management and teaching confidence

3 Expert Abacus Teacher (After 6 Months)

• Promoted after successful 6-month probation

• Lead independent classes and mentor new teachers

Salary Package

Minimum Salary: ₹00,000 per month

Maximum Salary: ₹00,000 per month (Salary will depend on skills & performance.)
