If you are enthusiastic about teaching and aspire to contribute to creating a brighter future for students, we welcome you to be a part of our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage in structured training programs - Progress through a clear career path from Beginner to Intermediate to Expert level - Implement innovative teaching methods - Undergo online training in Abacus and Vedic Maths - Participate in classroom support and training sessions - Conduct basic teaching sessions during the initial 3 months - Manage more advanced classes after the beginner stage - Develop classroom management skills and teaching confidence - Progress to an Expert Abacus Teacher role after 6 months - Lead independent classes and mentor new teachers **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a Mathematics background - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Certified Abacus & Vedic Maths Teachers will be given preference At Future Steps Education, we provide a minimum salary of 00,000 per month with the potential for a maximum salary of 00,000 per month, depending on your skills and performance. Additionally, we cover the training fee for selected candidates undergoing online training in Abacus and Vedic Maths.
