Software Engineer

Location: Pune

Work Mode - Hybrid

Notice Perio: Short Joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to business-specific projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Translate functional specifications into technical solutions, program designs, and application
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and leadership for solution design.
Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-ready solutions leveraging DevOps practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers.
Support and troubleshoot complex incidents, ensuring system resilience and stability.
Conduct testing, debugging, and log analysis (using tools like Splunk/Dynatrace).
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with design patterns and standards.

Must-Have Skills:

Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Kafka, WebSphere Liberty
Web service development
Test-driven development (TDD)
Experience with container platforms, DevOps, Jenkins, Git
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in software development, with exposure to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Experience in systems analysis, integration with third-party systems, and high-level solution design.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring framework, and relational databases (Oracle/Postgres).
Experience working with messaging platforms like Kafka.
Prior experience interacting with senior leadership and mentoring technical team
