Title: Senior Software Engineer - CRM

Desired Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Required Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA

Job Objective: To continuously bring new process and system level innovations that ensure successful and smooth functioning of the systems to help catalyze and improve business performance.

Job Description:

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and frame technical solutions in CRM for the requirements from the business users.
• Coordinate with the vendor team and ensure appropriate development adhering timelines.
• Validate the solution developed before deployment on production.
• Ensure requisite documentation is in place for the changes deployed.

Required Skills:

• Experienced in functional configuration and technical customization of Dynamics 365 CRM using workflows, power automate (flows), plugins, JavaScript, services and reports.
• Experienced in power app and have developed both canvas and model driven app.
• Exposure to both on-premise and cloud Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in SSIS and SSRS.
• Exposure to frame the technical solution for business requirements in CRM.
• Exposure to SQL server scripts and queries.
• Hand on experience in MS Office, especially MS - Excel for large volume data processing.
• Good analytic and problem solving skills
