Under our media arm, Spark Media Services, we operate Knock News – a fast-growing TV News Channel, along with 3 other channels across North America. We are now looking for a confident and dynamic Hindi News Anchor to be the face of our newsroom.

Role Description

As a News Anchor, you will play a crucial role in presenting breaking news, conducting interviews, and delivering stories with credibility, clarity, and impact. If you have a commanding screen presence and a passion for journalism, this is your opportunity to shine on a respected media platform.

Responsibilities

• Present live & recorded news bulletins with accuracy and confidence
• Conduct interviews, debates, and talk shows on current affairs
• Write and edit scripts in fluent Hindi & Punjabi, with the ability to adapt quickly for live news
• Collaborate with editorial teams on story research and program planning
• Ensure unbiased, engaging, and professional news delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a TV/News Anchor, Reporter, or Journalist
• Strong command over Hindi (fluent reading, writing & speaking)
• Professional screen presence and excellent communication skills
• Awareness of current affairs, politics, and social issues
• Ability to handle breaking news situations under pressure
