Hindi Customer Support Executives

👨‍💻 Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from Hindi-speaking customers
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain call logs and update customer details in the system
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

✅ Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in

    Hindi

    (spoken)
  • Good communication skills in any additional language is a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
