Job Description You will be working as a Telecaller in Xemex Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, based in Chennai, India. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your role will include offering products and services to customers, handling customer inquiries over the phone, and providing accurate information on product pricing, availability, and usage. You will also be tasked with maintaining customer databases, documenting customer interactions, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets.
