Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. GRC Development & Maintenance

Design, implement, and manage GRC applications to support compliance, governance, and risk processes.
Customize and configure GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow, SAP GRC) to meet organizational requirements.

2. API Integration & Development

Build, test, and deploy API integrations between GRC tools and enterprise systems.
Optimize integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure API operations.

3. Data Management & Automation

Develop automated workflows to streamline compliance and risk management tasks.
Design/manage data pipelines for reporting, analytics, and decision-making.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical support for GRC platform users.
Collaborate with IT/business teams to resolve system or integration issues.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and workflows.
Generate reports and dashboards for GRC activities, risks, and compliance metrics.

6. Compliance & Security

Ensure GRC systems/processes align with organizational, regulatory, and security standards.
Conduct regular audits to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of GRC platforms (RSA Archer, ServiceNow, SAP GRC).
Proficiency in scripting and SQL for customization and data management.
Hands-on experience with application development, APIs, and automation workflows.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of compliance frameworks and cybersecurity governance principles.
