Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop highway projects from conceptualization to completion.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during road construction activities.
Provide technical support for expressway projects by analyzing data on traffic flow patterns and designing efficient infrastructure layouts.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in highways or related fields such as bridge construction, road construction, or canals.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA (Infrastructure Management) preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of national highway guidelines and regulations governing road works.
