Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop highway projects, including road geometry, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine the best course of action for project development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure materials and services.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, issues, and recommendations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in highway design engineering with a strong understanding of road construction methods and materials.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
