Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop highway projects, including road geometry, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine the best course of action for project development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure materials and services for project execution.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, highlighting key milestones and challenges.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in highway design engineering, focusing on road geometry, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in software such as CAD tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
