Role Overview: As a Team Lead/Consultant at Accenture in Gurugram, DDC1A, NonSTPI, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions in the High-tech Industry. You will be part of the Intelligent Functions team supporting Platforms-driven business design and assessment, providing solutions across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and supporting business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute technology transformation strategies - Oversee implementation projects and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency - Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape - Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests - Engage with clients to understand their requirements, define solutions, and develop a roadmap - Create innovative solution designs utilizing extensive service offerings - Support business development activities, shaping solution plans and delivery approach for SAP transformations - Responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP and create proof of concepts as required - Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Run projects independently with strong project management skills - Deliver effective presentations and public speaking engagements - Thrive in a rapidly changing environment with a focus on continuous innovation - Collaborate effectively with global teams and key stakeholders - Bring clarity to complex issues using analytical skills and data-driven insights - Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural competence Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in the required domain - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additional Information: You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and experience career growth and leadership exposure at Accenture.,
