Job Description

As a qualified and compassionate Hematologist, your role at the Chiplun branch will involve diagnosing and treating a wide range of blood disorders. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. - Diagnose and manage hematological disorders such as anemias, clotting disorders, hemoglobinopathies, leukemias, and lymphomas. - Perform and oversee procedures including bone marrow aspirations/biopsies, transfusions, and related interventions. - Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with oncologists and other specialists. - Provide patient counseling, monitor progress, and maintain accurate medical records. - Mentor junior doctors and actively participate in training and hospital committees. Qualifications: - MD/DNB in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics with DM/DNB in Hematology or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical hematology (preferred). - Strong knowledge of hematology protocols, transfusion practices, and latest advancements. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.,
