Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing office files, documents, and records.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks and update information in registers or computer systems.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and other document-related tasks.
  • Support the office staff in preparing documents, letters, and routine correspondence.
  • Collect, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and reporting shortages when needed.
  • Help in maintaining cleanliness and proper arrangement of office workspace.
  • Provide support during office meetings, such as arranging documents or refreshments.
  • Perform any additional clerical or administrative tasks assigned by the management
