Job Summary:
Gravton Motors is looking for a motivated and reliable Helper Admin to assist with administrative tasks at our Cherlapally office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in administration, with the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including filing, sorting, and organizing documents.
  • Help with the coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to basic emails.
  • Assist with data entry, updating records, and maintaining office databases.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining employee attendance records.
  • Help in the preparation of documents and reports as requested by the senior team members.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Support in organizing meetings, appointments, and events when required.
  • Assist in other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
