About the Role:
We are hiring Helpers / General Labor to support daily factory operations. The role involves assisting in production, material handling, and housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist operators and technicians in production activities
• Load and unload materials from machines
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and organizing tasks
• Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure safety compliance
• Support various departments as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Experience in factory or industrial work preferred but not mandatory
• Physically fit and ready to work in shifts
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Safety-conscious and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
