Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer or staff queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Record, track, and manage all service requests and issues
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for software, login, or access issues
  • Coordinate with technical or IT teams for issue escalation and resolution
  • Maintain daily help desk reports and documentation
  • Guide users with step-by-step instructions or solutions
  • Ensure all requests are resolved within the defined time frame
  • Maintain a professional tone and excellent service quality in all communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,135.85 - ₹13,448.99 per month
