Helpdesk Senior Representative

Role Overview: As a Helpdesk Senior Representative - ITIL at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes. Your role will involve recording, updating, and escalating support issues promptly, supporting all IT onboarding activities for end-users, collaborating with internal IT Teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance, exploring new IT business tools, suggesting and implementing process and technology improvements, and being open to learning and growing in other IT business areas.
