Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing a Tier 1 HR helpdesk team for UK, Europe, or US employees, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery. Your role will involve team management, stakeholder management, contract management, and adherence to policies and procedures to maintain compliance and service levels.
