Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to people who have computer or technical problems.
• Give small issues to the right support team member.
• Make sure every issue is solved on time.
• Help solve simple problems if possible.
• Keep records of all calls, problems, and solutions.
• Inform the manager if any problem takes too long.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports of the help desk work.
• Follow company rules and support process.
