Job Description: As a help desk representative, your role will involve being the central point of contact for customers and employees to address issues, inquiries, and requests, particularly related to IT. You will play a critical part in customer support by managing and resolving issues efficiently, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Resolving problems by providing support for customers and employees, addressing IT issues, and other concerns. - Managing requests by handling incoming inquiries and requests, transforming them into tickets for tracking and resolution. - Providing a central hub by acting as a single point of contact, which improves communication between users and support teams. - Offering various communication channels by integrating different channels like email, phone, and chat to allow users to seek assistance. Qualifications Required: - Age limit: 18 to 30 years - Language preference: Tamil only You are most welcome to apply if you are a fresher or college student.
