We’re Hiring – Heat Treatment (HT) Supervisor
📍 Location: MIDC, Ahmednagar
🏭 Industry: Alloy Wheel Manufacturing
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise heat treatment process & ensure quality standards.
* Monitor furnace parameters & maintain metallurgical requirements.
* Coordinate with Production, Maintenance & Quality teams.
* Guide operators on process discipline & safety.
* Maintain reports & ensure compliance.
🔹 Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy.
* 5–8 years of experience in Heat Treatment operations (Automotive / Alloy Wheel preferred).
* Strong knowledge of furnaces, metallurgy & quality systems.
* Team handling & shift readiness.
